Getting to Know Jane Bradford
Jane was born in West Virginia, grew up, in Indiana, graduated from Wellesley College in Massachusetts. She married Tom Bradford in 1951 – her sister married his older brother and her very good friend another one the brothers!
Her husband died in 2005. They had no children, but Jane has a dear niece in Wisconsin who is like a daughter to her.

Teacher and musician Jane plays the piano in her apartment each day…
She Loves Music and Loves Playing the Piano…
Jane loves music. Her father was a musician, playing the French horn who saw to it that all his children had music training. Jane has been playing the piano since age 6- and has played all her life, taking lessons intermittently.
Today she plays the piano in her apartment at least one hour a day. On Fridays at one o’clock, she plays the piano in The Chateau restaurant, so come and listen when you can!
What She Enjoys…
She has also sung in choral groups nearly all her life, mainly in church choirs. She is an alto. She enjoys living at The Chateau and especially eating in the restaurant – she hates cooking!
A final “fun fact” – Her hair used to be brown, then she tinted it blonde and now it is snow white!
